I finally assembled a complete frame with the front adapter kit's prototype
installed and aligned.
The front cradle we used is a full-length C5 cradle.
The WMS to WMS dimension comes out to 65.75" - 66.00"
(Depending on your Alignment Specifications)
The outside frame rail dimensions are 34.75"

The Front Adapter castings are at the Machine Shop and ready to be machined!
Below are a couple photos of a casting mounted on the machining fixture.
First of all, I'd like to apologize for the length of time it's taking to produce the front adapter kits. I can assure you that nobody on the planet is more anxious to see these completed than me.
December 20, 2017 - Received the drawings of the castings from the aluminum foundry and passed them on to the machine shop to make sure everything looks correct, before the castings molds are fabricated.

One of the setbacks is trying to coordinate with both the foundry and the machine shop's schedules. It's not only a busy time of the year, but both of them are top-notch and therefore in high demand.
Once the dimensions are confirmed and the molds are complete, a sample is then poured to double- check finished casting.
It's then machined to make sure that there is enough material built up for the finishing process.
As soon as the right and left samples are complete, then the casting and machining is good to go, and hopefully, ready to ship in March of 2018.
Below are two views of the front castings, without the dimensions.
January 5, 2018 - With the final dimensions precisely checked and verified on the full-scale prototype, the actual fabrication of the molds is next and will hopefully be completed soon. Once the castings are complete, they're shipped off to the machine shop to be completed.

January 24, 2018 - I received a confirmation that the tooling for the Right and Left Front
castings will be completed March 2, 2018
January 26, 2018 - I received a confirmation that the Left Front Casting will be completed on March 21, 2018 - and the Right Front casting will be completed on March 23.

The finished castings will then be shipped to the machine shop for the fabrication of the fixtures to hold the castings in place during the machining process. Then finally, the machining process itself.
April 18, 2018 - THE FIRST BATCH OF CASTINGS HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE MACHINE SHOP! THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO BE MACHINED IN 2 WEEKS!
We will update the progress as soon as there are any changes.
